Shipping policy

Delivery times depend on your location. Proceed to checkout and continue to the shipping method to view the estimated delivery timeframe. Please refer to the estimated delivery date sent via email for accurate delivery dates, or the estimated timeframes listed below.

  • Orders received prior to 12pm MST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12pm will ship the following business day.
  • Standard shipping may arrive within 7 business days or less depending on destination but delivery time is not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

  • Expedited shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 5 business days or less depending on destination.

  • 3 Day shipping will arrive within 3 business days.

  • 2 Day shipping will arrive within 2 business days.

  • We are sorry, but Saturday delivery is not available because we have encountered too many issues with product not arriving for special events and we hate to disappoint our guests.

Groove ships packages in discreet brown boxes with no branding and the return shipping label addressee is BOP, LLC in Gilbert, Arizona (our store location). Credit card charges will appear on your account as SP Groove. We utilize UPS and USPS as shipping carriers. Shipping options include Ground, Standard, Express and Two-Day Delivery. Orders may also be picked up at your preferred Groove store.

 

Standard shipping is free for orders over $69 (before tax and after any discount codes have been applied), otherwise you will be provided with other delivery options and pricing to choose from at checkout. The charge for shipping your order is determined by your destination and the delivery time you have chosen. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping option. Additional charges may apply for oversize items. Additional charges may apply to packages destined for Alaska and Hawaii.
