Where do I put the .edit files on my USB drive?
- Plug your USB drive into your PC.
- If you've used this USB drive with In The Groove before, there should already be a directory for edits on your drive. It will be either "In The Groove/Edits" or "In The Groove 2/Edits" depending on your version. If you have not used this USB drive with In The Groove yet, you will need to create these folders yourself.
- Copy all of the .edit files into the Edit folder.

In The Groove 1 will search for .edit files in the following directories:

- In The Groove/Edits
- In The Groove 2/Edits
What do I put for the #SONG tag in an edit?
This tag should be in the format:
#SONG:<Song Directory Name>;
Some examples of #SONG tags are:
#SONG:In The Groove/Queen of Light
#SONG:In The Groove/Disconnected
#SONG:In The Groove/Hardcore of the North
#SONG:In The Groove 2/!
#SONG:In The Groove 2/Bumble Bee
Open the file catalog.xml saved to your USB memory card using a text editor to see the full list of song directories.
