ITG2 units that have an ITG serial number starting with ITG-C-05092005- did not ship with the Machine Update feature. Use these steps to verify whether your machine has the Machine Update feature:
If your machine does not have the Machine Update feature, you can order a new hard drive from Roxor with the latest software version.
This program is for ITG2 dedicated cabinets that do not have the "Machine Update" feature. You can receive a new hard drive with the latest ITG2 software.
$30 to cover processing labor, shipping, and handling
Once you've received the package from Roxor, open the package and find the instructions sheet. You will remove the old hard drive and replace it with the new hard drive. If you encounter problems, call our support line at 1-877-904-9634, option 2.
The old hard drive must be returned to Roxor using the included, pre-paid shipping label. Please pack up the old hard drive using the same packaging materials and follow the enclosed directions to schedule a FedEx pickup.
If the old hard drive is not returned to Roxor within 12 business days from the time the new hard drive arrives at your location, then Roxor reserves the right to charge another $60 to your on-file billing information.
